Qexulvia™ Resistance Sliding Pods
Resistance
Sliding Pods
Sliding Shouldn't Always Be Easy.
Basic sliding discs reduce friction. They are designed to make your hands or feet move smoothly across the floor.
Resistance Sliding Pods add another layer.
Each Pod contains an adjustable resistance mechanism designed to create drag as you move, turning a simple slide into a controlled resisted movement.
And because the left and right Pods operate independently, each side can move together, alternately, or through completely different paths.
Place. Slide. Control.
The Pods create a controlled moving surface beneath your hands or feet.
Place
Position each Pod beneath your hands, feet, or a mixed hand-and-foot configuration.
Slide
Move the Pod forward, backward, sideways, diagonally, or through a curved path.
Control
Adjustable resistance creates drag so you control both the outward movement and the return.
Add Resistance Directly To The Slide.
Traditional sliders rely almost entirely on floor friction.
Resistance Sliding Pods use an internal adjustable drag system to change how freely each Pod moves.
Select a lighter setting for fluid movement or increase resistance when you want each inch of travel to require more deliberate force.
Move Together.
Alternate.
Split The Direction.
Independent movement lets the left and right sides follow the same path — or completely different ones.
Sliding Lunge
Keep one foot stable while the opposite Pod travels backward or diagonally under resistance.
Hamstring Curl
Place both heels on the Pods and slide them away and back through a controlled range.
Plank Reach
Position one or both hands on the Pods and slide forward, sideways, or diagonally.
Pike Pull
Place both feet on the Pods and draw them toward the upper body through a controlled sliding path.
Lateral Glide
Move one foot outward to the side while controlling the return toward center.
Circular Reach
Use 360° Glide Mode to guide a Pod through arcs and circular movement patterns.
Left And Right Don't Have To Do The Same Thing.
Each Pod is its own moving platform.
That means both sides can move together, alternate one after the other, or travel in different directions at the same time.
You can even set different resistance levels between the left and right Pod.
Free Movement When You Want It.
A Defined Track When You Don't.
360° movement creates freedom, but not every movement needs unlimited direction.
Direction Lock changes the Pod from free movement into a more defined sliding path.
Choose straight travel for controlled forward-and-back movement or unlock the Pod for multidirectional gliding.
Designed For Hands And Feet.
The upper surface is shaped to support multiple contact positions instead of one single use.
Foot Platform
Use the broad surface for lunges, curls, lateral slides, and standing movements.
Hand Platform
Use the integrated grip zones for plank reaches, presses, and upper-body sliding patterns.
Mixed Setup
Place one Pod beneath a hand and another beneath a foot for asymmetric movement configurations.
Smooth Movement Without A Disposable Slider.
Ordinary gliding discs often depend entirely on one low-friction surface.
Resistance Sliding Pods use a guided rolling base designed to create smoother repeatable motion while keeping the resistance system separate from floor friction.
Premium In Every Detail.
Designed to feel like compact precision equipment, not two pieces of plastic under your feet.
Resistance Dial
Integrated control lets each Pod use its own selected resistance level.
Multi-Directional Base
The rolling structure supports straight, lateral, diagonal, and circular movement.
Direction Lock
Switch between free movement and selected guided travel configurations.
Textured Standing Surface
A tactile upper surface creates a defined contact area for hands or feet.
Low-Profile Body
The mechanical system stays inside a compact platform close to the floor.
Magnetic Pairing
Integrated magnets allow the two Pods to connect neatly together between sessions.
Two Pods In Use.
One Compact Object In Storage.
Small training products are easy to lose when every piece stores separately.
Magnetic Pairing lets the two Pods snap together into one compact stacked form after use.
Keep them as a pair, carry them together, and store the system without loose pieces around the room.
A Complete Sliding Resistance System.
More Than A Pair Of Gliding Discs.

Change Resistance.
Change Direction.
Change The Movement.
Fluid Movement
Use lighter resistance and free-glide settings for faster continuous movement patterns.
Controlled Resistance
Increase drag for slower, more deliberate sliding movements.
Guided Travel
Use Direction Lock when you want movement to follow a defined path instead of free 360° travel.
Full-Room Movement.
Drawer-Sized Storage.
During training, the Pods can travel across a much larger movement area around your body.
When you're finished, bring them together, connect the pair magnetically, and store them as one compact object.
Built Around Controlled Sliding.
